We are looking to fill positions to our Global Sales Team for a Korean cosmetic company here in Seoul, South Korea. The successful candidate will be pivotal in delivering a high quality work environment and experience to the sales team; be the face and voice of Galaxy International Co., Ltd. and ensures that we have a healthy pipeline of sales that are essential to the growth of the organization.


●Responsible for sales and business development to increase sales and market share in their respective assigned areas.
●Have full accountability for a turnover of local country and manage a team of Sales and Account Managers.
●Liaise with customers and the client, leading negotiations pertinent to the business and closing deals ASAP.
●Managing accounts with customer service driven motivation.
●Setting sales and marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team.
●Ensuring the sales team is updated with CRM effectively with all appropriate data.
●Meet their monthly sales quota and benchmarks set by the company.


●Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university.
●5-10 years of Sales/Account Executive experience required; preferably in the cosmetic industry, but not a must.
●Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables,chart-making and manipulation of large data sets.
●Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.
●Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies.
●Must be self-driven detailed oriented with meticulously organizational skills.
●Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
●Business level fluency in English and/or other business level languages are welcomed.
