Overview

We are looking for a Workplace Experience Specialist who will be responsible for the overall employee experience and the elements that influence it, including the physical workplace, technology and policies that shape the company culture.

Our energetic professional Workplace experience specialist doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. He/she will be flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a workplace of diverse people and cultivates a positive and successful company culture and keeps their coworkers motivated.

MAJOR QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Warm and Welcoming : Creating a warm and inclusive environment is the primary role. Our Workplace Experience Specialist has a knack for networking and making others feel comfortable.
  • Ability to Solve Problems without a Manual : Our Workplace Experience Specialist is a creative problem solver, with a focus not only on technology or manual but equally focused on people and process, building people centric solutions and services.
  • Detail-Oriented : This position provides a pivotal role in facility service operations, including capacity and space planning and implementation of new processes and procedures, even the little things add up to the role. For a workplace experience Specialist, no request is too small to warrant their attention.
  • A skilled Planner and Project Manager : While Workplace Experience Specialist will have to put out fires on day to day work, he/she also needs to be able to handle long-term projects, such as planning the annual expense budget, developing a competitive benefits package, or planning employee events, etc.
  • Data-Driven : Our Workplace Experience Specialist is able to analyze data from the softwares, service requests, sensors and more identify trends to help Management and Head of Talent Management optimize the environment for employees.
  • Collaborative : Our Workplace Experience Specialist should be able to take charge and manage cross-functional teams to accomplish goals.
  • Skilled Communicator : Managing internal and external communications is an important part of the job role.Our Workplace Experience Specialist should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
  • Flexibility and Curious : Our Workplace Experience Specialist constantly asks questions and never stops learning. He/She can also quickly adapt to the ever-changing needs of the workplace and try new technologies, new ways of working and new processes.

Salary is negotiable based on experience and skill set

Preferred Qualifications

  • IT, especially security and network background
  • 3 or more years of experience in Facility Management
  • Extensive background in English-based country
